Key Features

The Inventory form  is used to store information about products you have in stock. 

• Track Wholesale and Retail value of your stock.
• Create and print a report of your product stock.
• Manage your stock with the Inventory form or by entering orders and using the Order Consolidation with Inventory Check.

How to Use This Form

Overview

1. In the Select Item to Add to Inventory field at the top of the form, select the item number from the drop-down menu or type the item number manually into the field.  Items that already have stock quantities will show a value in the green Qty in Stock field.

2. Fill in green colored field named Qty in Stock fill in the number of units of the product you have in stock.

To Manage Your Inventory from the Inventory Form:

• Locate the item which has a value in stock.
• Press the "+" and "-" sign accordingly to balance your inventory quantities.
• If the item is not yet in your inventory, enter the item number in the field Select Item to Add to Inventory and enter the number of stock items in the field Qty in Stock.
• Exit the Inventory form.

How to Best Utilize This Feature:

• Complete a thorough search and listing of all your product stock including Item Number and Quantity.
• Enter this information into the database at once so it's complete the first time.
• Manage the inventory quantities manually on a weekly basis when you consolidate your order OR utilize the Order Consolidation with Inventory Check button on the Main Switchboard.
• Press the "+" and "-" sign accordingly to balance your inventory quantities.
• Exit the Inventory form.
