The Orders form is used to enter orders from your shows.
Note: Be careful to use the proper date as reports generated for Order Consolidation and Inventory Check rely on accurate data entry in the Orders section of the program. |

To Make a Show Active:
Place Orders on the Active Show:
* NOTE: Price and Description can be changed without changing the price listed in the Products database. This allows for sales prices and accurate rollup of sales on products sold at a discount.
Warning: If you do not plan to use the Order Summary Sheet, this is an extra step that will not yield any value. Overview of the Order Process: Orders are placed against the Active Show. Follow the steps below to ensure the proper execution of placing orders in the database.
FYI: After orders are placed and the Orders form is exited the wholesale and retail totals are updated in the Show Information form. These values can be overwritten manually using the Show Information form itself and simply typing over the existing information or by using the Business Activity Report Adjustments form which opens right before a Business Activity Report is created.
