The Sales Reporting form is used
to gather information about your sales, hostesses and customers. It is a very convenient way to manage your business.

The 6 new search capabilities are
-
Search shows by date range and receive
hostess and sales information.

Search for what a specific customer
ordered.

Search for who purchased a specific item
number.

Find all shows that exceeded a certain
dollar value that you choose.

Find all customers that exceeded a dollar
value in orders accumulated over time.
-
Find hostesses that haven't had a show in
the last XX
months. You enter XX the number of months.

To
Create Sales Reports:
-
Click the Sales Reports
button on the Main Switchboard.

First, choose an option
number from the number 1 through 6 on the left hand side of the form.

Second, fill in the
appropriate information asked for on the line your choose...

For 1, Show Totals by Date Range,
simply enter the < Starting Date > and
< Ending Date > then Press GO.

For 2, What Did
< Customer Name > Order, simply type or choose a name from the
drop down list then press GO.

For 3, Who Purchased Item Number
< Item Number >, simply type or choose an
Item from the drop down list then press GO.

For 4, All Hostesses with Show
Revenue Over < Set Price >, simply
type dollar value your looking for then press GO.

For 5, All Customers with Revenue
Over < Set Price >, simply type dollar
value your looking for then press GO.

For 6, All Hostesses Who Have Not
Booked < # Months >, simply type the
number of months since last show you are looking for then press GO.

Print there reports by pressing the
Printer icon on the Report Preview screen that appears after pressing GO.
