About Price Lists Anyone or any company can submit a price list to be converted into a Party Manager Software readable format. Party Manager Software DOES provide all of the capability necessary to create the price list manually, but that can be time consuming. This service was created to save users time. Price lists can be in any of the following formats, but an Excel spreadsheet is the preferred format. The format MUST be in a format which the information can be cut & pasted. In other words, we do NOT hand-type all of the items on your lists. Typical turn around time to have your NEW price list converted and returned is 3-4 days depending on our work load and the format which the price list is sent. Excel is quicker and easier to convert than a .pdf formatted price list. Price lists already available are sent the day the order is received with the exception being on weekends or vacation days. Examples of acceptable formats: .pdf order forms which are text based (not just a scanned "picture" of your order form) other .pdf forms which hold the critical data outlined in the next parapragh. Word files Excel files .txt delimited files. Access database files The Information needed is shown in the picture at the bottom of this page. Sources we would have never imagined. 	How to Use This Form
	*To Create a Formatted Price List:* Acquire a price list through an electronic format such as .pdf, .doc or .xls. Other formats may work, but these are probably most common. Create a new Microsoft Excel document with the columns titled as shown above. If the title is cut off above, fill it in as best you can. It is used only as a reference anyway. Fill in the columns with your data. The database is only as accurate as your data. Cutting and pasting from other documents is typically the best way to transfer data. The data highlighted in red is critical and absolutely necessary. The remainder of the information can be added later.
